“Check in clerk was on his phone when I checked in and would not answer questions. Air conditioner in my room was LOUD. Breakfast was really good and bathroom was clean. Check out receptionist in the morning was very polite and helpful.”

“We travel to Coffeyville fairly often and stay there when possible. We really like the breakfast compared to other hotels in the area. It is always a good experience.”

“We had a nice stay. We didnt get to use the pool but it looked nice. There were only 2 bath towels in the room but we made do. The tub in the bathroom was very slick and the shower curtain was too long. I just put a towel down in the tub and it took care of the fall hazard. We had the fire alarm go off and it took some time to figure out that it was an accident somehow. They had a hot breakfast scrambled eggs & sausage links. All was good.”

“The room was very clean and smelled very good. Staff were very nice and accommodating. My housekeeper was fantastic. Daily gave me fresh towels and my room smelled great and refreshed when I came in from work.”
