I loved the caring concern of when we were arriving. Crystal called to check and make sure we were ok. The property needs a lot of refurbishing!! Beginning with removing the roaches!! The quality of cleaning is lacking also. We were given a room with dead baby roaches and a cricket on the bathroom floor. As I went in to use the toilet, a full grown adult roach came running out of the molding!! We changed rooms to a different hallway, and this room was used and not cleaned! poop in toilet, pop spill in sink, sticky stuff on night stand! I was ready to leave the hotel when I was given one more room which I was told was an "upgrade" room. She was right, It was clean and appeared to be bug free! I will not ever stay in this hotel again, nor will I recommend it to any one!!
What a great find. Easy access parking, safe, and clean. The indoor pool area looked awesome! Breakfast was great with several options. Staff were all wonderful!

Unfortunately the apple tree just isn’t what it used to be. I had higher hopes when booking and instantly regretted my decision after getting into our room. It looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned other than making the bed. Body hair, crumbs, crickets, were in the room. The front desk lady kindly moved us to the next room which was in better shape. But I noticed there wasn’t a coffee maker, no water cups, the ice buc
