“This property is poorly maintained and that's sad cause it actually has a lot of potential. The back entrance into the rental quarters doesn't lock so anybody can wonder in which really sucked because our room looked like the door had recently been kicked inn and poorly repaired. The dead bolt could not even be used for lack of a hole for it to go into. It has a nice pool that is really poorly lite and the jacuzzi jets don't work. Two electrical sockets close by don't even have protective covers……

“The entire experience was terrible. The first room had a cigarette butt stuck in the perphole in the door and floor was filthy. Fridge and AC did not work and was during August heat. Moved me to another room...fridge did not work, moved me to 3rd room...AC did not work very well. Tried to cancel remaining 3 nights of reservation and they refused to refund funds. Reported to Chamber of Commerce. Do not stay there!!!”

“This was a good, easy stop unexpectedly after the Colorado wildfires meant a detour in our trip itinerary. It’s a well maintained building, very neat, looks to have newer renovations, and very comfortable beds. The only concern was our bathroom appeared to have had a leak from above at some point. Maybe replace the tub and get some new ceiling tiles. You can tell they tried to fix it. Other than that, we were pleased with our stay and the accommodations.”
