“The door from the exterior did not lock so anyone could have walked into the hotel. The locks did not feel secure. There were no amenities such as shampoo/conditioner. Dirty sheets were left in the hall for a day in a big pile. I had to ask for a Do Not Disturb sign for the door. There was a dog staying in one of the hotel rooms that barked all day. Ultimately, I didn't feel safe while staying there even though the front desk staff were very nice and helpful.”

“The entire experience was terrible. The first room had a cigarette butt stuck in the perphole in the door and floor was filthy. Fridge and AC did not work and was during August heat. Moved me to another room...fridge did not work, moved me to 3rd room...AC did not work very well. Tried to cancel remaining 3 nights of reservation and they refused to refund funds. Reported to Chamber of Commerce. Do not stay there!!!”
