“这是第二次入住了，比第一次（9年前）强很多，cottage是新建的，房间里有洗衣机和微波炉，房间也设计的更合理，很棒！稍微有点不满意的是房子的隔音不好，墙太薄了。酒店的餐厅价格确实贵，味道还能接受，要预定位置，否则要等很久。”

“A great stay in Death Valley. I was traveling with my 90 year old mother and the front desk staff checked us in early and chose a convenient room which was helpful for my mother as we were in a wheelchair. Everything was incredibly perfect, beautiful environment with lots of plants and a fountain in the garden, swimming pool, tennis courts, golf course, massage room... It's incredible to be in Death Valley! It's really a trustworthy and relaxing resort paradise to experience and explore Death……

“Absolutely disgraceful. Our room was completely buried in sand after the storm, luggage, belongings, everything coated. We spent hours cleaning them piece by piece. Management’s response? Nothing. No room change. No refund. No compensation whatsoever. This is beyond unacceptable, it’s negligent.”
