Ground-level private suite located in a historic neighborhood near the heart of Decatur. This suite features a one-bedroom layout with a king bed, full kitchen, living room, and private bathroom. Formerly owned by Jennie Durfee, a local schoolteacher in the late 1800s. Close to Millikin University and downtown shopping and dining, and near the former residence of A.E. Staley, founder of the Staley Company and former owner of the Chicago Bears.
