"Check in very professional. Booked here and explained building works at last place, requested quiet room which was allocated. Taps didn't work at sink. Door to hotel apartment is broken, only stays closed with key locking. Water pressures for the shower is a trickle. Rock hard mattress, needed duvet on top of bed to sleep on top for any comfort. WORSE! At 8am in the apartment next door, building work commenced to a deafening level as drilling and hammering. 90 minutes of HELLISH noise...

"Room was lovely and big. Nice balcony. Views are of the industrial port so “sea view” is technically correct but it’s not what most people might imagine! Nice sky bar (16th floor). Shower and bed both good. Lighting - as so often in hotels - not great. Always had to request towels in the gym/sauna area - lack of checks to ensure they were available. Breakfast was excellent - big choice, good egg station. "

"The issuing of a key was not possible as their system had broken down and overall checkin took longer than I expected. The rooms are described as being sound proof but in fact I could still hear the horns of cars inside my room. I was given an upgrade. In regards to security, normally your room number isn’t said out allowed but the receptionist did and then when I was escorted by the bellboy he announced my room number out loud in the corridor. Had a good sleep and the breakfast buffet was excellent."
