Service was not good We flew in early and I had previously requested an early check in I understand it’s just a request and when we arrived early in am 9ish our room was not available the gentleman told us they would hold our bags and it would not be long they would call or text. A little before 4 I called the hotel and they said it wasn’t ready!! A few minutes later a lady called and said we could start heading that way and room would be ready by the time we got there Just ridiculous since I’m sure from am to 4 they had plenty of rooms ready

I did not like that the only parking option was valet and then there was a parking fee of $42. I would have gladly self parked. The parking should be included in the resort fee.
