We will address any major equipment or appliance issues during normal business hours. Swimming is at the guest’s own risk, and children must be supervised at all times. Absolutely no diving is allowed. Customer Support: Any issues should be reported to us within 24 hours. During business hours, our team is available to address guest requests and will prioritize emergencies such as AC issues, water leaks, infestations, emergencies, power outages, and access problems. Only emergencies will be responded to between 5 PM and 9 AM. Non-emergency after-hours service calls may incur fees if a staff member attends the property. Lost and Found: Any lost and found items left at the home (if found) will be kept for 30 days. After 30 days, items are donated. Pool Service: The pool is serviced and there will be someone coming in the backyard to do this. They must be allowed to enter. Pool Heater & Temperature Disclaimer: Please note that the heater operates on a timer and does not run 24/7\. Running a pool heater continuously can cause mechanical damage and premature failure of the equipment. We have the timer set to maintain the pool temperature as consistently as possible; however, actual water temperature may vary based on outdoor weather conditions, ambient temperature, wind, and usage. Pool heating is considered a comfort feature and not a guaranteed amenity. No refunds or discounts will be issued due to pool temperature, heater run times, or heating performance. Lawn Service: The lawn is serviced and there will be someone coming in the backyard to do this. They must be allowed to enter. Wildlife: Due to Florida\`s subtropical climate, critters like palmetto bugs and small lizards are common and do not indicate a cleanliness or infestation issue. We take proactive measures, including monthly pest control treatments, to keep these out of your space, but occasional sightings may still happen, especially in warm or rainy weather. By booking, guests agree that the appearance of native wildlife does not impact the cleanliness, safety, or enjoyment of their stay and cannot affect the property rating. A nice pool, hot tub, pickle ball court and putting green. The 4 bedrooms were excellent, all with beautiful ensuites. The common area included a beautiful living room / kitchen / eating area that easily served our group of 8\. The poolside bedroom also served as the bar and entertainment hub.
