“Firstly, I was visiting for a funeral and due to work circumstances, the only way I could make it was to take a redeye in for the morning service. I had only a little time before the service and was hopeful to freshen up and rest - in light of the circumstances and the room availability, they allowed me to check in early and did not charge me for this - I thought that was really really generous and I am forever grateful.
