I really liked this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hottub were wonderful with large windows that provided great views. The hotel was within walking distance of restaurants. Red Rocks was a short drive away!

The staff were very nice and friendly. Enjoyed the free warm breakfast which change everyday before heading out to our adventures. Free parking was nice. Good location near expressways, restaurants, grocery store, etc… My only recommendation is the need to update the rooms. The dresser drawers inside was peeling, the tub needs to be resurfaced or changed it had chips and the toilet seat replaced. Need an extractor in the bathroom ours had one but there was no switch to turn it on. Overall we had a nice stay and will stay there again in the future. Thank you for their hospitality.

When checking in we asked about the hot-tub and hours. The clerk told us but failed to disclose that the hot-tub was not hot or working. Changing our clothes and making our way to the pool area to enjoy the hot-tub we were very much disappointment. We spoke to a quest in the pool who said they've been there 3 days and the hotel knows the hot-tub is cold. The clerk was not honest with us and we changed our clothes and wasted our time by trying to use this advertised amenity. Otherwise the facility was nice, quite and clean

Monica at the front desk was amazing. She got us in our room early, fixed our clogged sink, and administered first aid to a couple that had an accident in the parking lot; and she did it all with a smile. Doesn’t get any better than her.
