We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Residents of this mile-high landscape (Denver is exactly 5,280 feet above sea level, or one mile high; 1.6 km for our metric friends) are noted for their sunny dispositions and can-do attitudes.

Entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home. The garage is temporarily closed off to guests. There are two closets upstairs that you will not have access to. Additionally, the 2nd door to the laundry room is locked because of a low ceiling that we don’t want you to hit your head on. You can still access the full laundry room from the door off the game room.

Two family rooms provide plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Each is furnished with cozy seating and large Smart TVs - perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The downstairs game room adds another layer of fun with a foosball table, a selection of board games, and a glass card table for laid-back evenings in. Natural light fills the living spaces, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the day.

Sleeping arrangements
Four thoughtfully designed bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. On the main floor, two king bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses, soft linens, and calming Bohemian-inspired décor. Downstairs, a queen bedroom offers a restful space for additional guests, while the bunk room - with twin beds - is perfect for kids or friends sharing. Extra pillows, blankets, and room-darkening shades ensure restful nights for everyone.

Kitchen and dining
The open-concept kitchen is equipped for both casual meals and group gatherings. Modern appliances, cooking basics, and a coffee maker are on hand for easy meal prep, while the massive dining table seats up to 12 for shared breakfasts or dinner celebrations. A small workstation nook with an outlet allows remote workers to stay productive while remaining part of the household activity.

Outdoor living
Step into a fenced backyard designed for both daytime relaxation and evening gatherings. Fire up the propane BBQ grill for alfresco dining at the picnic table, then settle into the outdoor seating around the fire pit as string lights cast a gentle glow overhead. It’s a private oasis for unwinding after exploring the city or nearby mountain trails.

Central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans keep the home comfortable year-round. Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
