"Nice location with a cool rooftop bar. The food was excellent at the 13th floor restaurant, Stellar J. Service was lacking at the rooftop bar and lobby. Our room was very small."

"We only stayed for one night but overall maybe my expectations were set too high. Check in was fine but front desk could not answer our questions about the discounted listed on their webpage for residents. Our room was ok. The bathroom vanity was broken-missing door and piece of wood on the shelf was gone. Bathroom was clean. The AC ran all day and night as the control panel was broken. Cover to the heat side was hanging off the hinges. We really enjoyed our dinner at the Ship Tavern- food and service were great! We went over to the Churchill after for cigars and this was really nice as well. One thing that did gross us out was that a waitress who was coming over to pick up drinks for guests in the atrium dug through the trash to find a receipt and then started garnishing the drinks without washing her hands. She also used her finger to pull a garnish out of a drink. She was not working the cigar lounge -thank god and the two working in cigar lounge were excellent. While this hotel is a piece of history in Denver I don’t think we will be back."

"Everything went well. Checking in was really easy. The hotel was super clean. The only thing that wasn’t the best was our room smelled like marijuana when we first walked in. So we had to let that air out. But other than that, it was a pretty good place to stay."

"I really liked the convenience of the hotel’s location near the airport, as that was my main concern when booking. Catching the shuttle was efficient, and I appreciated that you could tip the shuttle driver directly through Cash App instead of needing to carry cash. The train station is also extremely convenient—only about a one- to two-minute walk from the hotel—which made getting around very easy. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only downside was the morning shuttle process. If you do not come downstairs early enough, you may be placed on a waiting list for the next shuttle. Since I needed to be at the airport at a specific time, I could not risk waiting and ended up taking the train instead. The train cost about $10, which was not bad, and it took me directly where I needed to go, but I had not planned on that additional expense. Overall, the location and transportation options made this a very convenient stay."
