— Kitchen is stocked with paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc., in addition to cooking supplies (spices, condiments, etc.) and coffee/tea

****GUEST ACCESS****
Guests have access to the entire house, as well as the sunny front yard and back deck. There is an attached garage and parking pad, as well as ample street parking. I offer self-check-in/check-out for a seamless, contactless experience. You will receive a code for the front door and garage ahead of your arrival.

****OTHER THINGS TO NOTE****
LoHigh House is cannabis and canine friendly. (But smells like neither!) You are welcome to enjoy and consume cannabis in all forms inside or outside the house. (Tobacco smoking is not permitted inside, but may be enjoyed in the outdoor space.)

Well-behaved canine companions are welcome at LoHigh House (there is even a dog run!) Guests must pick up after their pets and will be held responsible for any damage.

For your safety and security, an outdoor camera monitors the front entrance with audio and video recording. There is also a noise monitor in the main living area that measures decibel levels (there is no audio or video recording inside the house.)

And, if it wasn’t clear in the description, you must be comfortable with stairs, as this is a multi-floor home and no bedrooms are located on the entry-level floor.

****NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION****
Walkable to just about everything Denver has to offer: downtown, city parks, Broncos, Rockies and Avs games. LoHi is one of Denver's hottest neighborhoods, for good reason. Home to top rated restaurants (Bar Dough, Uncle, Senor Bear, Ash'Kara, El Five, Linger, Dimestore Delibar, Alma, Mizu, Felix, Bar Taco, Avanti and The Bindery), bars (Happy Camper, Williams & Graham, Highland Tap & Burger, Recess Beer Garden, The Occidental, Forest Room 5, Lady Jane and more), Little Man ice cream and dispensaries ( Native Roots, Simply Pure).

****GETTING AROUND****
There are 2 parking spots (attached garage + parking pad) plus plenty of free street parking in front. If you don't have a car, it's just a few minutes from Union Station and about 30 minutes from the airport. The neighborhood has lots of scooters around for rent.
