The property itself was very well maintained and clean. The three levels may be a bother to some, but it is quickly forgotten when you keep in mind that there are multiple bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor, which also provides a sense of privacy (especially with the 2nd floor patio connected to the master bedroom) and accessibility, as well as entertainment areas on the first and third floor. The patio, pool table, grill, and hot tub, all located on the third floor, was our favorite spot to gather for any sort of mood. A one-stop shop for merriment. Mike, our host, was there to communicate and accomodate any questions or issues we encountered, and was very friendly. He made us feel extremely welcomed. The property manager is extremely responsive, polite, and friendly. This property is amazing! The only issue we had was the house behind us had a get together also, we woke up to trash tossed in our gated area that we picked not a big deal. Just thought you would like to know incase you know them. Will stay again, during football season since I come in from Tennessee and meet up with friends from the Springs.
