  • Welcome to your condo in the heart of Golden, CO!
    - Open living with a dedicated work space with furnishings from West Elm & Article
    - Fully stocked kitchen, king Bed with a Helix mattress a sleeper sofa (all linens provided)
    - 15 minutes to Red Rocks Amp
    - Dedicated free parking space
    - Walk to Washington Ave (Main Street), Coors Brewery, CO School of Mines

    Golden STR License - 23-0006. Occupancy of the unit is a maximum of 4.

    The condo is on the ground floor with a private entrance and no shared hallways. The complex has 8 units.

    Golden is a former gold rush town at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Today it is a vibrant community that celebrates the history and welcomes visitors to enjoy world-class outdoor recreation, cultural attractions, and local charm.
    - Walk to Washington Avenue for dining and shopping (1 block)
    - Walk to Colorado School of Mines
    - Walk to Coors Brewing Company (the largest single-site brewery in the world.)
    - 7.5 miles to Red Rocks Amphitheater
    - 12 miles to Colorado Mills Shopping

The condo was perfect! Extremely close to downtown Golden, which is a beautiful area and the local people were so friendly and welcoming. The place was clean, well stocked, and the host was terrific and very helpful!

Downtown Golden Basecamp was the perfect place to stay in this cute, very walkable small town. The apartment was just as described - very clean with a designated parking spot. We would definitely stay here again!

What a great little place right on the edge of downtown Golden! It was clean, comfortable and had everything my teen daughter and I needed during a stay to go to a concert at Red Rocks. Loved having the grocery store as well as a beautiful hike within walking distance. Would stay again.
