"Absolutely fabulous! About the best hotel experience I've had.
However when we arrived (middle of winter), the room temp was 29 dec C. Did not bother us at all. Just turned the air con off & opened a window. Only mentioned this as eco is in the ratings. As the temp throughout the hotel was so warm we did not need to turn the air back on @ all. "
"Pros: very clean, good location, spacious, daily housekeeping, good communication, friendly staff, free parking for your stay, free internet
Cons: Not much but if I had to pick then one potential drawback is the TV's Chromecast setup, which can be a bit finicky for non-tech-savvy users. Specifically, it doesn't always detect certain phones, which can be frustrating. While it's not a deal-breaker, it might benefit from some user-friendly tweaks or additional guidance for guests.

"The hotel was fantastic. People working here were nice, chatty, helpful. The room was very well furnished, spacious and clean. The washroom was large too. Room amenities included a bar fridge, Tea kettle, cups , glasses tspn's. "
"Excellent centrally located accommodation. Plenty of room for our family and great facility - free laundry and indoor pool and spa. So close to Salamanca place and Hobart wharf area. Great food/dining options within easy walking distance. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting central accommodation close to so many facilities. "
"We mainly went to the bistro for dinner and breakfast for the 2 nights we were there plenty to choose from and the king deluxe room was great the bed itself was very comfortable and you have a choice of pillows you just call housekeeping and they’ll bring up a different pillow type
Will definitely be back one day"
"Everything was comfortable and visually appealing. The hotel itself had character, the continental breakfast was a nice bonus. Felt very safe and spacious. "
"Great Location, Restaurants 100 metres away, everything in Hobart CBD within in easy walking distance. Parking onsite at a reasonable cost with easy access via lift to the floor of our stay. I would definately stay there again. We felt very safe here. I gues the only problem I found was that our room had a kitchenette but there was no plates or bowls to use to make cereal for breakfast or serve up a microwave dinner. "
"We spent several days there last week. The room was comfortable & clean. Our only comment was the hairdryer was out of another era. We needed some extra towels & the staff quickly got them. The staff were wonderful. Everyone was pleasant & accommodating. We arrived late due to a flight change & were able to arrange to pick up a key using technology. My daughter figured it out. I would have had a bit of a problem! Breakfasts were included & delicious. We needed to have them ready quickly a few times & we arranged this the night before & it was done without a problem. The restaurant is popular in Hobart too and we went for Happy Hour & for dinner one night. It was delicious. The location is great. Our room had a harbor view. Walked right over to the Salamanca Market on Saturday. We’d absolutely go there again. "
"There were plenty of eateries within a short walking distance, everything we needed/wanted was close by and nothing was a hassle. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "
"Loved this property!.. a large space, very clean and the most comfy bed. Staff are great and the towels, robes, bedding and ammenities are all top notch.. all for a very reasonable price..I wish all accommodation was like this."
