Rooms are not soundproof as advertised. There’s major building construction all around the property currently. You can hear people talking in the hallway and from other rooms. Hotel sits above Intermodel which is the main transportation hub. It’s very convenient to catch transport, however if you want to walk to city center or old town it’s a bit of a walk

The amount of time that the staff was available was very limited. However, they were pleasant and helpful when there. Breakfast was only okay. Would have been nice to have berries for the yogurt. The room itself was very small and the bathroom was awkwardly laid out and also very small. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Good location.

The front desk staff was very helpful and professional. Sara gave us great info about where to go to observe the solar eclipse on Aug. 12. Our room was cleaned perfectly. The breakfast was wonderful with good coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, homemade bread and yogurt being our favorites.
