We had a great time staying at this property while visiting the Destin area. The beach access is very convenient from the property. The house is very clean. They provided many chairs, toys, and other beach equipment to use. We look forward to visiting again.

This property was everything we could’ve wanted and more. 2 minute walk to the private beach access, very comfortable, and had everything my kids needed to have fun at the beach so I didn’t have to worry about renting/vacation purchases. During our stay it rained quite a bit, but the enclosed grill patio made it easy to cook dinner and enjoy our space. If you’re considering a vacation with kids (mine were both under 3!) this is definitely the place to book.

Great listing. We only had one small issue during check-in, but the host was very communicative about it and it had no impact on our stay.Having three floors, really allowed us to stretch out as a family and relax when we needed to. The pool was small but fun for the kids, the beach is about a six minute walk. All the beach and pool toys and chairs in the garage were a great amenity. We would stay here again.They just need to update the remote controls for the patio fans and modernize the second floor television and upgrade the modem.Very happy, very pleased and did not regret booking this particular spot in any way - the host was extremely kind.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It was spacious, clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the heated pool, short walk to the beach and convenient location. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Beach

The property was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. The private beach was beautiful and we even seen dolphins. Wonderful stay and highly recommend!

Perfect place for our family

The house was perfect for our family—clean, comfortable, and just a two-minute walk to the beach. It was conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores, and came fully stocked with everything we needed for beach days, including chairs and toys. We couldn’t have asked for a better setup!
