The primary suite includes a king bed, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds, shared balcony access, and a nearby full bathroom. For added convenience, the condo includes complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and additional sleeping accommodations with a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Guests also enjoy access to resort amenities such as beachfront pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and direct beach access, providing everything needed for the perfect Destin getaway. Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31\. This was our first stay at 1602W. The condo was very clean and had pretty much up to date furnishings. The beds and living room furniture was comfortable. A few minor complaints : The fluorescent ceiling fixtures in the kitchen and laundry room only worked half the time. They would try to light up but sometimes you had to flip the switches on and off several times to get them to work. With new LED technology the owner needs to replace them. Also there is no plastic glasses, plates or bowls in the kitchen. This could be a disaster for families with small children. Anything dropped on the tile floors would shatter. Outside of those few complaints we had a nice stay. Over all the condo was beautiful and worked perfectly for two couples. the building and staff were very helpful, our only complaint would be that we felt that at least one of the pools should have been heated during that time of year(Feb). Ii was foggy all week and we couldn't really enjoy the beach, so thought we could at least swim in pool.
