"Serenity Blue" is an ideal condo located in Silver Beach Towers. Our newly renovated Gulf Front retreat is just an elevator ride down to the beach and beachfront pool. This location is perfect, central to great shopping, excellent restaurants, and a variety of activities for the kids.

The resort has its private beach. The resort has a new beach service setup program. We have purchased the March through October beach set-up subscription, which includes two chaise lounge chairs and an umbrella, allowing our guests to rent beach set-ups at a 50% discount.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Absolutely Beautiful!

We had a amazing stay! The Beyond Blue Vacations were very pleasant and nice ! They kept in contact through our stay. The condo is beautiful very clean and beds are very soft and comfortable! The balcony has wonderful views and nice furniture. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need which was great! The condo was close to restaurants and stores.I would definitely recommend this condo and we will definitely return!

Spectacular views; directions can improve

We had a wonderful time. Property was 10/10. Cleanliness and the views were spectacular. The private beach was 10/10. This was a hidden gem and top tier.We recommend the following related to the check-in process. The information provided on the app versus what was sent via email was inconsistent. It was unclear that the key fob was to be used on the keypad to enter the building. There should be a video tutorial in the email to walk you through the check-in process.

Clean and can’t beat the view

I and my family enjoyed our stay! Located right on the beach this property has gorgeous views of the Gulf. You’re close to numerous attractions and restaurants. Rooms were spacious; the condo accommodated our family of seven comfortably. We will definitely consider this property again.

Wonderful vacation

We have stayed at other units in Silver Beach Towers but was our first time here. View from the 14 th floor was fantastic and unit is beautifully decorated. We had a great time and hope to return. Highlight was renting pontoon boat on crab island and seeing pods of dolphins with their calves. Thank you for a great time. Nino was wonderful to work with. O'Shea family

Great location

This is our 2nd year in this building, first in this unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. For the building, the elevators are fast, the building is kept clean & the pool area is fantastic. We enjoy the easy & quick access to the beach. We booked our chairs well in advance & had first row seating the entire week. As for the apartment, it’s stocked with everything you need, although we dined out nightly. The beds are comfortable (the 2nd bedroom more than the main) and offer plenty of storage. The view from the condo is beautiful. We look forward to returning next year

Well Appointed

Property came with everything we needed and more. Both rooms had wonderful ocean views leading to deck. Ice maker in freezer churned out enough ice that we never had to buy. Appreciated the well appointed interior furnishings including wonderful bed/bathrooms. Spa-like quality master bath w/soaking tub & huge walk-in shower. My wife wanted to stay for a month!

Beautiful Beach Vacation

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The pools were heated and clean. The beach is absolutely beautiful. You get two chairs and an umbrella with your stay but can pay for additional set ups two weeks before you stay. They had paddle boarding and kayaks for additional cost on the beach. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The view was amazing, and we watched dolphins from the balcony each morning and sometimes in the afternoons. The washer and dryer could be updated but still work well enough. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Service from Beyond Blue outstanding!

Our rep from Beyond Blue, Nino Sinois, made all the difference. Condos are similar everywhere but kind people willing to help guests are rare. She reminded us of the “personal butler” who we had on a Greek Island Cruise recently. On call, by cell phone, with whatever we needed. We were very grateful for her.

The condo was very nice but we don’t appreciate not being able to adjust the HVAC in the unit. Yes the rental agent got it adjusted but who wants to ask every time you want the unit warmer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleased with the condo and it's amenities. We were not informed that the beach set up (2 chairs and umbrella) could be reserved a week ahead of time and the reserved spot would be assigned for the duration of your stay. This resulted in us being placed in the 3rd row back from the shoreline or quite a walk down the beach to be in the second row, which my 74 year old mother couldn't make in the sand. Meanwhile 75% of the front row remained empty because the people they were assigned to didn't go to the beach every day. They should reserve them on a first come, first choice basis like the other condos we have stayed in, so the most desirable chairs are being used by people who are actually on the beach that day and not reserved for people who never showed up. Other than that, the stay was perfect. Great location. Close to everything. They were supposed to mail us a key fob to enter the property, which we never received, but a staff member met us onsite right when we arrived , so it was not an issue.
