Close to the beach, restaurants, and everything else. Property was very clean and owners were very communicative. Only suggestion would be to add blackout curtains as the lights outside from neighboring properties shined through the bedroom windows. This House was beautiful and a short walk to the beach! The house is literally just minutes from any grocery store or shopping center youd like to visit while in Destin, Florida! There were just a few minor cosmetic issues that I brought to owners attention for some updates! Friday and saturday afternoon no microwave or stove. I wasnt offered a comp. meal or anything for the inconvenience. BUT we were aware before arriving. We had to take trash out Tuesday AND Thursday or additional fees ($70) could be charged. in addition to having to take trash out on the last day. I thought we paid a cleaning fee in reservation. One of the bed rooms lights didn't work, I was told to change the bulbs. I didnt. Other than that house is amazing. The host was good at responding. I really did enjoy the house. The Game Room in the photos sold us on the home. My teen boys loved the games and pool table while my wife and I enjoyed the enclosed back yard.
