The first floor features two bedrooms, including a Queen Suite and a Queen-over-Queen Bunk Bedroom, both with private baths. A cozy sitting area with a Queen Sofabed provides additional common space for guests to relax. The first-floor laundry room, with ample counter and storage space, is conveniently accessible for post-beach cleanups. For effortless movement between floors, the home is equipped with a residential elevator. On the second floor, you’ll find a spacious King Master Suite, an open-concept great room, and a gourmet kitchen that is truly a chef’s dream. #### Great Trip. Excellent location. Beautiful house

The Coastal Castle was a large well stocked beautiful home in a great location. It was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 4 littles. We loved the large living area and kitchen and enjoyed having our own pool. It was so nice to have two washers and dryers and additional small refrigerators. It was just a very short walk to the beach and a very nice community pool. There was a beach wagon with beach toys. There were also four beach chairs. The main kitchen was so spacious and very well stocked along with two ovens. The house is conveniently located to restaurants and groceries as well as shopping. The only negative was that we had several days of off and on rain and lots of clouds. Our last three days were sunny and beautiful. The property management team was so helpful and quickly responded to our questions. The

#### Family vacation/Birthday weekend

Wanted to get one last beach trip before winter mths! Home is perfect for multiple family’s. Bedrooms each with its own bathroom makes it easier to get ready to go out for dinner etc. Loved our stay

#### Security over the top

The property itself was just as advertised. Really, it was a wonderful vacation for our family. But…I think the people that own property here but that do not rent out do not want renters in their gated community. The rules that the security guards have to inforce are silly. Very annoying.

#### Beautiful Place with Amazing View!

We enjoyed our stay and would come back! Depending on time of year (we were there March) the pool, even when heated is a little cold. Still amazing and family enjoyed the time together.
