The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. They always made sure we had everything we needed. We understood the pool was under maintenance, especially with the chilly weather. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aguascalientes.
