“The cabin was roughly as one would imagine from the pictures. But the outdoor areas were overgrown and neglected: with very high grass; the access down to the water totally overgrown so not usable; the bench in the picture also completely overgrown and inaccessible; and the platform on the water was broken and not accessible. So basically no water access at all. Communication with the owner was also a challenge. The phone number included in the booking didn't work, and the checking-in……

“Visiting this house is like traveling back in time, probably 70 -100 years. It seems that the owners did not have the spirit to bring the old house to a modern standard but, in my impression, they even tried to emphasize its small inconveniences. Unfortunately, our stay was very short, and the weather was rainy so we had little chance to really enjoy the place. I can imagine that not everybody will like the place, but I am sure there are many who will be happy to feel the house ambience. In……
