“The building is a beautiful and charming example of colonial Spanish architecture, complete with two enclosed "courtyards". The complimentary breakfast included eggs with choice of veggies and preparation, yogurt with copious fresh fruit and granola, a selection of fresh breads, fresh squeezed fruit juice, and choice of delicious coffee or hot chocolate. “Great location and can not say enough positives about the staff. Because it is a little dated, there has been a little setting causing all the doors to the rooms to bind and therefore, very noisy. Easy solution is to take the doors off the hinges and sand them down so they close easily without force. The noise definitely will wake you up when your neighbors are going or coming or when you are exiting. ”

“Our stay was disappointing due to poor professionalism and lack of basic customer service. Staff were not courteous and often appeared annoyed when we made simple requests. We had to repeatedly ask for pillows, and it took five days to receive a working safe. Basic amenities should not require constant follow-up.The jacuzzi takes about 30 minutes to warm up, yet management never informed us. Staff refused to turn it on in advance and would only activate it if we were standing right next to it,……

“The place is amazing I highly recommend! The food and the staff are also very comfortably welcoming. If you live nature this is the spot for you! However, I went for my cousins wedding and I booked THE PRESIDENTIAL room since most of the brides family was going to be coming into my room for hair and makeup. We needed the extra room. On the contrary I got a junior suite. My suite number was 218, which was way small than what I asked AND PAID FOR. My room only had 1 bathroom instead of the 2……
