“Absolutely perfect! Hotel not too big or overly crowded, 7 floors only. Staff friendly and helpful, rooms very spacious. Breakfast buffet, although you pay $14.99 pp, was excellent. Covered parking, you do pay $11.00 per night for, but worth it. My last stay at the Phoenix did not have covered parking. We got caught in that big hail storm, not one car went undamaged. Beach area not over crowded and we went last week of June. Only complaint, pool could be larger.”

“Beautifully decorated hotel. I loved all thr real plants and tje delightful amell if coconut when you walked in. The guest room was spacious and i loved the decor. Bed was comfortable pillows were amazing. No complaints with the cleanliness of the room or bathroom. Housekeeping staff does a great job. ”

“The hotel was very clean with friendly staff. While the walls were very thin and I could hear everything in the hall as well as the ice machine near the elevator, I was able to use ear plugs and slept through the noise.”
