比哈尔设有酒吧的酒店

“我透過Hotels.com訂了今年１月1日，共6晚Hotel Sujata的雙人房連早餐，並用信用卡付了全費。抵達後，我們出示Hotels.Com的voucher，該酒店經理卻拒絕我們的入住，堅持要我們再以現金付全費才讓我們入住，我們萬分驚訝，跟他理論但仍拒絕讓我們入住。 糾纏了個多小時，酒店經理應承我們的退款要求，並寫了一封信給我們，叫我們跟Hotels.Com聯絡安排取消及退款事宜。我們人生路不熟，十分慌張，急忙找尋另一間酒店並入住，隨即致電給Hotels.Com作投訴及退款要求。 Hotels.Com的職員聯絡該酒店，但該經理卻反口，叫我們立即入住，是他趕我們走的，說可以退款，但當我們在別間酒店check in後投訴他 ，卻反囗叫我們即時入住，實在荒謬離譜，反口覆舌，存心欺騙，令人髮指！ 到現在事隔二十多天了，申請退款事宜仍在處理中，獲悉該酒店一直拖延沒有回復Hotels.Com。特此分享將此次痛苦經驗，希望其他旅客引以為鑑，以免再受同一折磨。”
