“The hotel is situated on dirt roads and is close to nothing. The rooms had dead bugs and it seemed unkept. Our reservation included free airport pickup and free breakfast. However, we had to pay for transfer and no free breakfast. According to the hostess, we paid a special rate and it did not include those items. Also, there is no reception after 3 pm (hard to find the hostess at any time), so if something goes wrong, there is no where to go. Also, the power went out in the middle of the...

"Hotel moderno y cómodo excepto que en la planta superior de la habitación familiar en que nos alojamos sw oían ruidos en la talla durante toda la noche como si hubiera algún tipo de animalillo atrapado que impedía conciliar el sieño. La habitación de la planta baja, fenomebal y el único naño demasiado pequeño para 4 personas. "
