“Let me start by saying the hotel is beautiful, I booked a Junior suite & it was stunning. Unfortunately, our experience at Nacional was disappointing. We arrived for a 5 night stay on Easter Sunday Apr 5th & on arrival the front desk told us we didn't have a reservation even though we'd fully prepaid for our room through Expedia. I showed them copies of the confirmation on the app, the printed email showing it was paid & the message the hotel sent us through the Expedia app the day before……
