"VERY dirty and run down. I lived in Brazil for 2 years and never stayed anywhere so dirty and gross before. Sheets had stains on them, bathroom had hair everywhere. AC didn't work well enough to actually cool the room. Not enough parking. We ended up just leaving and going to a nicer hotel close by"

Barulho de máquinas, poeira de obra, canaletas e pisos soltos (com possibilidade de alguém se machucar seriamente) as recepcionistas reclamando de cansaço e deixando claro para nós que não éramos bem-vindos. "Um dos melhores que fiquei na regiao, com cafe da manha muito bom, piscina morna com queda dagua, atendimento show, relativamente proximo a praia, mas precisa melhorar a cama e travesseiros. Travesseiros muito moles e cama super dura (acordei com dor nas costas). De resto, tudo excelente."

"The location was large, but one could clearly perceive the deterioration of the buildings and rooms. There were always cats and bags of garbage by my door. I arrived in the early hours of the morning, and the check-in was quick; however, I became disoriented on the premises and found no parking for my car, as the attendant did not escort me to the building. My assessment is: there are better-maintained and superior places available at more competitive prices."

"Localização excelente! Perto da praia, restaurantes e bares. Hotel parece ter sido reformado recentemente. Quarto bom, cama grande e confortável, chuveiro excelente, apenas as toalhas estão um pouco velhas. Peguei um quarto voltado para rua da frente q da p ouvir os ônibus passando na rua, nada que tenha atrapalhado o sono mas se quiser mais silencio melhor optar por um quarto para o fundo. Hotel não tem garagem mas tem manobrista gratuito o que foi muito bom! Funcionários super educados e prestativos! Voltarei com certeza!"

"Quarto muito bom, hotel muito bom. Um detalhe deixou a desejar: o sistema hidráulico do hotel necessita melhorias. Durante o uso dos chuveiros, a água sobe rapidamente, formando poças durante o banho (6ºandar; imagino que nos andares inferiores seja pior). No mais, atendimento excelente."

"We asked about the VIP benefit when we checked in and received nothing. The staff were very good otherwise. The room was in ok condition, and it was not sound proof at all as we heard noise from all the rooms around us - TV noise, people talking, etc…The breakfast was very good, the location of the hotel was excellent, and the views from our room were also amazing.
