There was some kind of promotional event on at the hotel and I found our service was impacted several times at the bar as clearly the staff were catering to what looked to be influencers or reviewers. Another example was that when I was waiting for my husband to complete a call in our room, I inquired about getting some food at the bar and was told they only offered room service, which could not be delivered to the tables in the courtyard -……

“The location of this property is right in the center of the village, walkable to a large variety of cafes, restaurants, and wineries. We stayed in the “Chambertain” room (each of the rooms has a unique wine-related name, rather than a number). “This was a great property and a very fair price. Super well positioned if you are touring north Burgundy as it 4 mins from the A6. A huge supermarket just 11 mins away. Well equipped kitchen. My only problem was that all the communications came through Expedia including the code to get the key. So you need to be really sure you can access your Expedia messages to enter the property. Several guests were struggling a little bit with access when we were there - although they all seemed to get in……
