"Friendly staff "

"The staff at the property were fabulous. I think a lot more can be done around the swimming pool. It just looks like a square block of water in the middle of the complex. The bathroom shower is large and a lot of wasted space in the bathroom. Also, the see-through walls in the bathroom doesn’t make sense if sharing with other people. Additional hooks for your clothing would help more in the bathroom."

"Great Hotel and facilities. Very friendly staff and good dining options. Only issue was check in / out is very slow. We arrived on late flight and airline crew arrived in hotel before passengers which resulted in long line to check in. Probably took 30 minutes (and longer for other guests who arrived in later taxi). I would suggest air crew or other group arrivals be moved aside and checkin at another location"

"The place was stunning no doubt but getting there was difficult. It's at the far end of the island, a 3 hour drive from Nadi airport. I was told that Fiji has 2 climates. While it was sunny at our first hotel near the airport, it poured our entire stay at Nanuku which makes for a poor island experience. Being one who loves to walk and hike and not just sit around, it made it tough. Highlight was Tina, the amazing masseuse, try her out, you will not be disappointed. "

"Well…from the moment we arrived to the day of departure, the level of service we received was truly first class. We arrived in the late afternoon & was exhausted from all day travelling. Grant (one of the hosts) was so accommodating organising some light refreshments brought to our room. Speaking of the room, I was truly in awe & close to crying from the shear beauty of the very ample bure & the large window which frames perfectly the plunge pool. The room itself & the surrounding vegetation...
