“Lots of government staff living in this hotel。the security is too much strict。traffic is nightmare, even thought it is still the best hotel in Kampala”

“The rooms were cleaned, and the staff were excellent. Everyone was willing to help. The only issue I noticed was noise due to lots of weddings that were ongoing at the property. There should be a way to have people having ceremonies and weddings in separate locations from the guests staying at the hotel. I used the SPA; the lady was very professional, and the room was cleaned.”
