“The pictures made this place look like a paradise. When we arrived a decided to upgrade the stay to include all inclusive. Big mistake the drinks were weak and the food lacked flavor and was over cooked, dry , hard and so on. The room smelled of mildew Iit was coming from the air conditioner and the light over the sinks had several dead bugs visibly in them. I have stayed at all inclusive hotels and this one was a waste of my hard earned money.”

“Muy cómodo, pero en algo está fallando y es en el espacio para la (s) mascota es que NO tienen un techo para evitar el sol, la lluvia o el sereno de la noche, y pues se trata de que estén en ese patio lo más cómodo posible para que nosotros salgamos con confianza y dejarlo ahí o que duerman tranquilos. Ojalá mejoren eso y aunque el precio sea económico ($280) pues creo merecen ese techo tan necesario. Por todo lo demás "gracias"”
