“By far the best place I’ve stayed in in Kitwe. Green and beautiful, great food, they even have a gym and sauna even though for some strange reason they don’t mention it in their amenities section. ”

“We never stayed in the place. There was a security at the gate who gave us keys and we had to figure out where the accommodation was. We left and checked in at a hotel in town. Can I please get a refund of what I paid?”
