"**PSA:** If you plan to use the hotel's airport shuttle, reserve it well in advance. I tried to arrange it on the day of my arrival, but my WhatsApp messages, emails, phone calls and texts all went unanswered. With no way to reach anyone, I had no choice but to pay for a taxi to the hotel.
What was most frustrating was that I was never informed this additional step was required. When I arrived, I had to convince the staff that I hadn't received any notification before they finally offered to compensate me with breakfast. While I appreciated the gesture, it didn't make up for the unnecessary stress, extra expense, and poor first impression.
This was a completely avoidable issue that could have been prevented with a simple email or a timely response to one of my many messages. It's unfortunate because it overshadowed what should have been a smooth arrival and left a sour taste from the very beginning of my stay."
