“The room was definitely in need of updating and repairs. The carpet was old and stained. The toilet ran constantly. Had to close the bathroom door to sleep. The bed was good though and I was just stopping to sleep for the night anyway. The restaurant and casino were closed during my stay. I was told it was being refurbished. The front desk person was great in making recommendations for restaurants in the area. I went to one he recommended and the food and service was great. Don't expect……

“Check in was easy initially but we couldn't get in our room as it was occupied by someone else. The alternative room we were giving was not ready - was still messy, still had someone's food in the microwave, bedding wasn't completely changed, pillows were all over the place, towels and soap were missing. Manager was not reachable. However, reception understood our frustration and agreed to cancel booking.”
