From the moment we stepped through the door, we were always greeted with friendly, helpful staff, whether it be answering our queries or just saying a friendly hello as we passed. "Great hotel and comfortable stay - excellent location and they put on food after the concert in Dalhalla - nice touch. Tip, if you're getting a shuttle bus to Dalhalla you need to book this 24 hrs before - may be best booking parking this early too."

"This hotel is beautiful on the inside. Large and comfortable rooms with amazingly comfy beds that are reclining. Huge clean bathroom, tons of electric outlets in the room. The lobby and restaurant is also very stylish with plenty of space, yet gives a cozy atmosphere with lighting and a fireplace. The food at dinner was great, and there was a huge selection at breakfast. Something for everyone! They even have a games room for kids to play foozeball or Ping pong. We didn’t have time to check out the pool, but we will be back next year!"
