I understand the situation and probably the hotel is ramping back up; however the service was not up to the level of that hotel"

"The staff was accommodating with allowing mevto have a late check out. Rooms are simple and clean. Nice ammeties however tje gym opens at 9am which preferably is late especially for hotels. I do think morning staff can work on their communication. I had questions regarding my stay and I was not taken seriously and dismissed. The evening staff however was wonderful. Excellent location."
