"After we finally got checked in, turned the AC on and it was not cold. Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning. Let me be clear, the AC did not work AT ALL and when we returned it was hotter in the room than outside at 9pm. Couldn't open the windows or doors because the of the mosquitoes. "The best part about staying at Royal Palms Galapagos was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful, making their best effort to make our stay enjoyable. They remembered our dietary restrictions and would point out if a dish had food we couldn’t eat. The facilities were very nice, and cleaned by friendly staff. The property grounds were serene and lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely choose the Royal Palms again."
