“The location of the hotel is near Malioboro Street（main street）with walk 3-5 minute. The condition of the pavement between the hotel to the shopping and eating is so close. The staffs are hospitable. They are warm and helpful. The room has enough space. The quality of the breakfast is just above average. Overall, I will rank the hotel as 4 stars.”

“Overall the hotel was very nice but we did have an issue with customer service. We had booked a room that included breakfast for two. But when we arrived we were told our room did not include breakfast. We had three conversations with the front desk staff about honoring the breakfast that was included with the booking, but they refused each time. We chatted with hotels.com. They called the hotel and asked that breakfast be provided as it was included in the booking. The hotel……
