"Booked two rooms, one for a friend and other for myself. The hotel is as described with great decor, spacious rooms, very comfortable and quite. Anna and the house are very welcoming, and you can feel the passion for hospitality to guests. Breakfast is cooked to order with plenty of choice, great quality and taste. Located in the centre of town, would stay here again. "

"Amazing luxury hotel. Big rooms and bathrooms. Brilliant service. Staff can't do enough for you. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and always quiet never over crowded or queues. I saw 3 pools, might be more, lots of beds. This is the first time I've gone to a resort where i haven't had to save beds in the morning as there was always lots available. We would head out in the morning and then hit the pool at about 3pm, never an issue finding beds. And not crowded either. Plenty of complimentary treats in the rooms too. Would deffo stay here again. "

"A very comfortable intimate hotel. The breakfast was lovely and we can’t say enough how delicious our dinner was at the restaurant. The town is small and quiet but it’s very easy for access to either side of the island for swimming etc."

"When we first arrived this property was idyllic, great location, tranquil and relaxing with a wonderful pool. Unfortunately, the day after we arrived a large group of families with young children took over the property in contravention of the owners policies allowing dogs in the pool, smoking by the pool and children under 11 taking over a tranquil pool and surrounding garden. The owners did nothing to enforce their written policies on these matters and were dismissive of concerns raised by other guests."

"We had a lovely stay at Santa Lucia Boutique Hotel. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great, they had many options. We also ordered room service and the food was amazing! The hotel and room were very clean and tidy. We had a lovely view and the area was very calming and quiet. We didn’t use the pool as we went to the beach, but the pool looked nice. There is car parking available which is very handy. Looking forward to coming back!"

"Beautiful and authentic setting, great pool facilities and perfect place to relax and unwind. We loved our stay in Gozo, I regret not staying here for longer because we didn't manage to see everything we wanted to. Free parking if you have a car which I recommend to see more of the area. The staff here were very friendly and accommodating too. Thank you for having us ❤️"

"We were upgraded to a superior room and enjoyed our stay. Excellent view from the hotel and our private balcony. The pool area has been upgraded since last year- much larger pool and area to sit and relax. A good breakfast - hot and cold items. Good options at the bar area with an outside area to sit. Parking underneath the hotel. Two levels. Quite difficult garage. Good WiFi and TV with some English channels. Bathroom with a lovely bath. A lovely place to spend a few days."

"great price but there looked to be some mold residue in the bathrooms from shower steam, there is no ventilation to help with that. There was also a few bugs but overall the place was clean, the pool was peaceful .A bit far from the center but that is why the price is so affordable "

"I stayed with my husband and my nearly 2-year old daughter. In our time in Malta, this was our most enjoyable stay. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. I unfortunately forgot to mention that we needed a travel cot and only the front of house was left by the time we arrived but he kindly set up the travel cot for us. We were extremely grateful as we know he went above and beyond to action it. The staff played, welcomed accommodated my daughter with open arms especially at breakfast. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the staff kindly made a small portion of porridge for my daughter. The location is perfect as it is central to all key areas to explore and the hotel offers parking, too. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here."

"This property no longer exists. I attempted to contact the property owners multiple times and received no response. I arrived on my day of booking and the property was vacant. A neighbor explained the owners sold the property in December 2024 and no one has been there since. I was traveling by myself, had never been to Malta and had another neighbor shouting at me in Maltase because he did not want me there. I was terrified, did not know the language, and genuinely did not know where to go. The fact this was still a listing on Expedia and was never taken down, put me in an awful situation that was also terrifying."

"From the very cordial and helpful check-in, right up to the very welcoming and friendly attitude during breakfast, to the general cleanliness of the whole building and rooms. Sonia and her dad make you very much at home. Top attitude. Would surely not hesitate to return again as it feels very much like home. Bravo!"

"The hosts are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The property is charming and full of character. Its very easy to venture out to other locations either on foot or by bus. The breakfast was very nice and suited to individual preferences. I am so glad i chose to stay at the old mill as it made my time in Gozo extra special.I would certainly stay there again and recommended to anyone thinking of booking to do so. The in room guide to the island is very useful especially for first time visitors to the island a very nice idea. I had the smaller room but it was plenty big enough for me and the fridge and coffee machine was very handy. Very nice views ftom the terrace as well."

"I had another enjoyable stay bringing back good memories of previous visits. Just sad the pool was closed off for repair. Also they have still not put a holding rail to the wall for when in shower."

"A fabulous family run hotel with gorgeous views of xlendi. Wonderful pools and breakfast every morning and very easy to walk to town to purchase groceries or go to restaurants. Easy enough to hire a car or cab to get around Gozo but far enough away from the noise that you feel like you can actually relax. "
