“Accessible room was small with no desk, no telephone, no room service, no face cloths, shower room was large but had all toiletries were stacked on back of large wash hand basin which made them out of reach for someone in a wheelchair. ”

“Breakfast is amazing and very friendly staff through out the hotel. The gym is a commercial one open to the public which means it was very well equipped and maintained, suitable for every type of gym user. The gym also has an indoor pool which we did not use so cannot comment on it. We had a room on the 6th floor with a view of the harbour and Valletta. The room was cleaned daily and refreshments (tea and coffee) replenished daily. Some of the rooms on the front of the hotel looked like they……

“We visited around Easter and the majority of the hotel's features did not seem to be available. The outdoor bar was closed, as was the steam room and sauna. The hot tub was also more of a lukewarm tub. The "private beach" is also very small. That said, the staff we friendly, professional and courteous. The breakfast was pretty standard hotel fare, and the hotel is quite centrally located if you are interested in visiting Valetta.”

“The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more……
