Some drawbacks were the mattress (needs a new, updated mattress so you don't roll into the middle), the close proximity to the interstate (the traffic noise at night was loud for us) and the EMF towers that were at the entrance of the campsite. With that said, the care that the owners have taken to ensure the amenities are well-cared...
