“Bathroom was so small, could not close bathroom door without hitting the commode. Doors did not have back up lock or parts were missing. Area it was in felt very unsafe as we approached the building. Windows were not clean. Door between our rooms stuck when we tried to open it. Furniture was all scratched up, inside and out. It was not at all as it was depicted in advertisement. I am surpised expedia advertised this property. We did not stay even one night because it was so bad.”

“It was located right by the Ark Encounter which was very nice. I wished that the rooms would have all four items of the bath towels, hand towels and wash rags, The day that I had acquired the items, they were taken away that I had there for my two friends who stayed with me for one night besides the ones available for me to use. So one of them was stuck using a hand towel to wash. I felt that the floor was not mopped every time.”

“I liked the fridge with a larger freezer than many places. We were able to fit all our ice packs in it. The TV remote only worked to turn it on do I was unable to change channels or control the volume. The shower worked but needs maintenance. It was nice that it had an anti slip surface.”

“Property was in poor shape, lobby was dirty and had a horrible order. I was surprised that you even have this property listed on your website. I used Expedia for all my travel needs and have always trusted the hotels that you have listed. Now, because of this property, I will be more careful.”

“It was interesting and as close to camping as I will probably get. The restrooms were inconvenient for early morning and or late night... Could have used a chamber pot. All and all not bad.”

“This was my first time glamping and that experience was absolutely amazing. I love the space inside and the fact it was air conditioned. Th outside appearance is what got me, looking like house tent. I did not mind the beautiful bathhouse which a short walk from my tent. The bathhouse was great, clean and had the essentials for bathing. I will definitely revisit this establishment again.”

“Manager was communicating properly. The interior of the cabin was a work of art, particularly the stairs to the loft. The location is just minutes away from the ark encounter. Lots of restaurants nearby, and a Walmart and dollar general. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. ”
