"We had a great time. Staff and location are brilliant. Breakfast buffet is really good with large Japanese food and western food section. The SPA is great and clean, but the rooms are very old and outdated, definitely time for an update. "

"Very accommodating, excellent service and excellent room. Our room had our own tiny hot spring bath so it was really cool. Also the owner is super friendly, we left our luggage there before check in and they helped us carry it up into our room. It's about 8 min walk to Yubatake (aka the center Kusatsu tourist area). Facility wise, they have free coffee and water, the owner even gave us milk as present 😊 they also have a super cool game room where they have japanese (childhood?) games."
