Overall a good place, but if you're tall like me you may find yourself hitting your head a fair bit Included breakfast is good and the onsens are a nice addition, but the rooms themselves are a bit barebones and dont come standard with fullsize towels. If a ryokan is your thing, its great

Great Ryokan, difficult to reach area, recommend more than one night stay just to unwind and truly appreciate the area, staff was friendly with limited English

Incredible stay and experience at 軽井沢森四季! The staff was so helpful and assisted us with everything we needed including making 2 amazing meals for our group. The 緑 cabin was the perfect size for our 6 person group and we were really able to utilize the space and location to maximize our time in Karuizawa. ...

広くて綺麗で、数日滞在するのにとてもいいです。タオル類もふかふか、部屋着もとてもリラックスできるものでした。 洗面台の高さが高く、平均的な日本人には少し使い勝手が悪いと思います。 まえばしガレリアそのものはスタイリッシュでとても素敵ですが、周辺は、ややさびれ感があります。
