“Our family loved it here! The location is absolutely stunning, right at the base of the Avatar mountains. The two pools are beautiful, and the kids had a blast. Breakfast was delicious with great local options, and the free shuttle to the park made everything so easy. Big thanks to the super helpful front desk staff—they booked all our tickets and helped plan our days. We felt so well taken care of. Highly recommend!”

“The service from the staff was exceptional and really was the highlight of the trip. Elvis and Felix spoke English and really helped us navigate the city, arrange rides and make plans. The location is beautiful and very relaxing, though the distance from the city made it a bit challenging to get food. The provided breakfast was excellent and the restaurant on site was also really good (but a bit pricey).”

“My wife and I had a wonderful amazing stay at this property. This B&B is nestled in a quiet, friendly, clean and hospitable little village within a 10 minute walk to the 'Middle' Gate of the Zhangjiajie Forest National Park. The location is made even more peaceful by the mountains and open meadow facing the poolside of the property. It is located away from direction of where all the tour buses would usually turn to drop off tourists near the park entrance. Ken, the Duty Manager, and his staff……

“所有前枱服務員沒有笑容和不耐煩，因為上到房間發現馬桶按去水制鬆脫而需要維修，可能覺得麻煩，所以有點黑面，還好企在旁邊的兩位小哥哥包括幫忙寄存行李和每次出門詢問是否需要車，告訴他我們已經有車他們還笑容滿面，最後一天還問需要車到車站，在好奇之下問了一下車需要多少錢後再回答不用了，小哥哥還很有禮貌地回答沒問題再送我們出酒店，回說酒店方面本以為這麼多年的酒店感覺應該有點舊和有發霉味道，但這酒店原全沒有感覺幾整潔，今次的4星是給兩位小哥哥和其他服務員”

Special mention to the hotel manager/concierge and staff. Helpful attentive and knowledgeable about the area and really valuable help in organizing your days ( special mention to Sunny…. Ha sido la estancia que más he disfrutado en mis vacaciones gracias a su hospitalidad, en verdad te hacen sentir como en casa, todo el tiempo están atentos a tus necesidades y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Los noodles en las mañanas y el café, exquisitos! Habitación grande, de dos recámaras en dos pisos, con todos los servicios 6 vistas espectaculares al pie de la puerta al cielo. “酒店的地理位置非常好，距离东门的话只要三分钟的步行时间，而且所有员工都非常热情，酒店的话还给我送了晚安粥，下午茶还给我介绍了有免费的旅拍，还有民族服饰，摄影师给我拍了几张美美的照片。非常开心，水吧台的小哥哥还给我送了一杯鸡尾酒，点赞。”
