“Room was fine, clean and comfortable, overlooking the very attractive atrium. Great bathroom. Breakfast was ok but not great. Food in Bonzai restaurant was very good but staff seemed indifferent (prawn crackers arrived after first course; main courses not served together). Fish and chips in Sir Norman Bar was awful- horribly greasy. Lift broke down each day of our stay.”
