“Generally a good hotel and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good.
Our family room looked very tired. In particular, the carpet, net curtains and bathroom sink need to be replaced and modernised.”
“I received a warm welcome at reception and was able to store my bag until it was time to check-in, later in the day. My room had a sea view and was clean, tidy and contained everything I required during my visit. I'd happily stay here again on any future visits to the Isle of Man.”

Building and the interior is tired and in need of some major attention.
Room was dirty on arrival, staff not bothered.
Rubbish in the floor, booked a double/twin. Given a twin that couldn’t be made into a double. WiFi is slow and inconsistent.”
“I honestly cannot rate this hotel high enough, the rooms were absolutely spotless, the breakfasts were amazing and the staff. Well every single member of staff were pleasant, polite, courteous and helpful. The aircon was heaven sent in the heatwave, I had amazing sleep every night yet my brother in law in a budget hotel was tormented with heat. I will without a doubt stay there again and wont even contemplate looking at other hotels.”
