“The property is unique to its era and old fashioned which in my opinion suits the IOM and i find charming.The rooms are comfortable but no daily servicing of the room, meaning I had to ask for toilet rolls and clean towels during my 4 day stay.
It's location is excellent for transport for visiting the beautiful island.
The staff are very pleasant , friendly and helpful.Breakfast had plenty of choice and was very good.I thought an ordinary restaurant rather than a loud pub and Asian food ……
“I received a warm welcome at reception and was able to store my bag until it was time to check-in, later in the day. My room had a sea view and was clean, tidy and contained everything I required during my visit. I'd happily stay here again on any future visits to the Isle of Man.”
“I honestly cannot rate this hotel high enough, the rooms were absolutely spotless, the breakfasts were amazing and the staff. Well every single member of staff were pleasant, polite, courteous and helpful. The aircon was heaven sent in the heatwave, I had amazing sleep every night yet my brother in law in a budget hotel was tormented with heat. I will without a doubt stay there again and wont even contemplate looking at other hotels.”
